Biomechanical rehabilitation is a holistic work with the body.

Biomechanical rehabilitation is a holistic work with the body in which I combine adaptive physical training, therapeutic physical training and sensory integration into a single, symbiotic method.

My approach is based on restoring the contraction-relaxation muscle cycle, restoring the correct functioning of the diaphragm and the entire chest, shoulder belt, and improving the mobility of all joints – from the ankle and knees to the pelvis, from the lumbar-cross and chest to the neck and head – so that the body returns to work as a single system.

We improve joint mobility, restore the correct muscle cycle and start all respiratory mechanics (and essentially the work of the entire respiratory system), without which stability and development of the central nervous system are impossible!

The work does not go point-by-point, but holistically: we move from movement to movement, from “sport to sport”, so that the body learns to live in different loads and scenarios, gaining all possible degrees of freedom for a person (and they have more than 200).

To do this, I created four key working lines for complex directional movement with angular or linear speed.

This approach helps a child with autism and ASD to gain stability, strength, coordination, muscle endurance and the ability to fully move in everyday life, improve self-service skills.

And the motor patterns used by athletes from the world of football, tennis, hockey, basketball, baseball and boxing help to integrate all the weak muscles into the muscle chains as quickly as possible and incorporate these chains into the biomechanical work of the whole body, ultimately improve the stretching of the body and all the limbs even in the most hyperactive children, children with ADHD.

The aim of my motor therapy for children with disabilities is to resume all motor programs and sensory corrections functioning through feedback channels involving information about the flow of movement.

These sensory corrections are formed along a chain of internal feedback between the motor program (which will unambiguously resume its operation!) and movement through merger, the comparison of copies of the motor program and the proprioceptive information coming from the muscular motor apparatus, which will now actually go in full volume.

After rehabilitation, copies of all motor programs to the central nervous system will be sent, with an interval determined by the length of the elementary motor cycle reduction - relaxation!

I hope you have realized that when the duration of this crucial cycle is broken, no copies are sent anywhere, because there is no interval between reduction and relaxation, but there is only reduction - reduction! Remember this please!!!

In this terrible game called "diagnostic ball" you and your child are always losing.
