All their activity is regulated by an automatically acting respiratory center located in the longitudinal brain.
The respiratory center is aroused when there is an excess of carbon dioxide in the blood and sends impulses to the newly established (after our rehabilitation and if we can so say - inhibition) respiratory muscles.
The muscles, shrinking in a relaxed mode, stretch the chest and the child with autism makes a long-awaited breath (the sympathetic nervous system is involved, in fact, an adequate response to the stress "beat or run" immediately appears.
After that, when from the respiratory muscle proprioreceptors, the respiratory center receives sensory signals of sufficient stretching! (but they are usually in continuous contraction!) these muscles, breathing is inhibited and the child independently makes such a long-awaited, natural, long exhalation.
At this point, the chest seems to fall down under its own weight.
My friends, the process is over!
The parasympathetic nervous system is involved in the work. They gradually go into the absence of anxiety, aggression, anxiety, autism, RAS. Absolutely polar previous feelings and emotions appear:
The joy and smile of achieved success literally does not disappear from the face of the child. Finally, a ruby appears on the face. His whole nature literally screams to us - I was suffocating, I finally began to interact with the world of objects!!!
